Documentation

Everything a prospective or active client needs to know about how RVLS engagements actually run. We keep this page current — if something is out of date, tell us.

Engagement models

  • Sprint pod. A senior 2–4 person pod for 4–12 weeks. Fixed weekly cost, fixed scope per sprint.
  • Build-to-launch. End-to-end product build from discovery to public launch. Milestones and shared roadmap.
  • War-room. Emergency response for stalled or failing projects. Starts within 72 hours.

How a sprint runs

  • Monday — scope lock and demo plan for Friday.
  • Tue/Thu — deep-work days, no meetings.
  • Wed — a 30-min mid-sprint checkpoint.
  • Fri — live demo of shipped work + written retro.

What you get

  • Production-ready code in your repository from day one.
  • Weekly demo recordings and written retros.
  • Architecture decision records for every non-trivial choice.
  • Runbooks for anything on-call would need at 3 AM.

Handoff and ownership

You own the code, the infra, the accounts, and the domain from the first commit. At handoff we run a paid transition week with your team and stay on retainer for 30 days at no additional cost.
